摘　　要：首先介绍了工程训练综合能力竞赛现状和影响力,其次从重庆大学城市科技学院实际情况出发,结合学生参加竞赛的实践过程,从促学、促教、促改方面阐述了基于工程训练综合能力竞赛进行应用型和创新型人才培养的意义和措施。This paper firstly introduces the current situation of influence of integrated engineering training proficiency competition, and then, from the real situation and students＇ practical participation in our school, interprets the significance and measures of implementing applied and innovative talent cultivation based on integrated engineering training proficiency competition from such aspects as promoting learning, teaching and reforming.
