多媒体网络环境下对高专学生英语应用能力的培养

摘　　要：根据《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求(试行)》,高职英语课程是一门必修的基础课程,不仅要帮助学生打好语言基础,更要注重培养学生实际应用语言的技能,特别是用英语处理日常和涉外业务活动的能力。英语作为一种国际性语言,其综合应用能力是指交际能力,主要包括四方面的内容:语法能力、社会语言学能力、话语能力、策略能力。我国英语教学多年来一直重视的只是语法能力,忽视了其他三方面能力的培养,听说读写各项技能发展不均衡。Higher vocational English is a compulsory basic course in higher vocational education. In this course, we should not only help students lay a good language foundation, but also cultivate their practical language proficiency, especially the ability of English affairs and foreign business activities. As an international language, the comprehensive application of English is the learners＇ communication ability, including the ability of grammar, social linguistics, discourse and strategy. But China＇s English teaching has long been focusing on grammatical ability, and neglected other three abilities, which leads to the imbalanced development of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
