摘　　要：以高校图书馆学生读者满意度为研究对象,结合高校图书馆特点,通过分析影响学生读者满意度的各种因素,构建高校图书馆读者满意度评价体系,并运用因子分析与层次分析相结合的方式进行实证研究。This thesis, with university library＇s student readers＇ degree of satisfaction as the research object, by combining the features of university library and analyzing the various factors to affect the student readers＇ degree of satisfaction, established the university＇s library＇s student readers＇ evaluation system and carried out an empirical study by using both hierarchical analysis and factor analysis.
