摘　　要：组织传播是组织的一种基本行为,传播本质上是对有价值的信息进行流通和推送。当有价值的信息在一定的时空范围内有效传播时,就体现了其价值。提炼学科信息并在高校组织机构及相关框架内传播学科情报,是高等学校图书馆的重要工作之一。Organizational communication is a basic behavior for organization. Communication is ore kinds of flowing and pushing on valuable information essentially. When the valuable information is spread effectively within a certain range of time and space, it＇s to reflect its value. This is one of important things in academic library refining the subject information and spreading it within the framework of organization.
