摘  要:体面劳动是政府和劳动者共同追求的重要社会发展目标,但目前学术界对体面劳动的探讨更多局限于物质环境层面,尚未上升到劳动者的心理感知层面。结合国内外相关研究,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,编制了中国企业背景下员工体面劳动感知问卷,探索员工体面劳动感知的内在结构。研究表明:员工体面劳动感知由工作权益体面感、工资收入体面感、工作氛围体面感、企业形象体面感、工作时间体面感、工会维权体面感等六因素构成,并且员工对该六因素的关注度呈递减趋势,说明在中国社会发展的不同时期,员工对体面劳动的关注点存在差异;同时,员工体面劳动感知问卷先后通过了探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析的信度效度检验,表明问卷是稳定可靠的。Decent Work is an important social development goal that government and workers common pursuit, but the study of decent work in academic community at present is more limited to the level of the physical environment, not yet raised to the psychological perception level of workers. This study combined with the research on domestic and foreign related paper, using qualitative combined with quantitative methods, compiled questionnaire of "employees' perceived decent work" in Chinese business, and explored the structure of employees' perceived decent work. Research showed that employees' perceived decent work is constituted by six factors, they are respectively the decent sense of right they enjoyed in the work, the decent sense of wage income, the decent sense of work atmosphere, the decent sense of corporate image, the decent sense of working time, and the decent sense of right protecting by union. And the degree of concern of these six factors by employees showed a decreasing trend, indicating that employees focus on different aspects of decent work in the different periods of Chinas social development. At the same time, the questionnaire of "employees' perceived decent work" has passed the reliability and validity testing of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis in succession, indicating that the questionnaire is stable and reliable.
