摘　　要：目的检测乳腺癌及癌旁正常组织中survivin、galectin-3、Ki-67蛋白的表达,探讨三者的相关性及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测120例乳腺癌组织、120例癌旁乳腺正常组织中survivin、galectin-3、Ki-67的表达。结果乳腺癌组织中survivin蛋白阳性表达率为70.83%,高于癌旁正常组织的5.00%(P<0.05),且与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),但与乳腺癌的病理分级无显著相关(P>0.05)。galectin-3和Ki-67在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率分别为75.00%、62.50%,高于癌旁正常组织的8.33%、6.67%(P均<0.05),并与乳腺癌病理分级、腋窝淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中survivin表达与galectin-3和Ki-67表达呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论 survivin、galectin-3、Ki-67蛋白相互协同作用,通过抑制细胞凋亡,对乳腺癌发生和发展起重要作用。Objective To detect the expression of survivin, galectin-3 and Ki-67 protein, and to evaluate their correlations in breast cancer and adjacent normal tissues. Methods The expression of survivin, galectin-3 and Ki-67 in breast c/racer tissues （120 eases） and adjacent normal tissues （120 cases） were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive rate of survivin expression in breast cancer tissues （70.83%） was higher than that in adjacent nor- real tissues （5.00%） （P 〈0.05）, and was correlated with node metastasis. There were no correlations between the ex- pression o f survivin and the histological grade. The expression of galectin-3 and Ki-67 in breast cancer tissues was also sig- nificantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues. In addition, the expression of galectin-3 and Ki-67 was correlated with the pathological grade and node metastasis. The expression of survivin was positively correlated with galectin-3 and Ki- 67 expression. Conclusion Survivin, galectin-3 and Ki-67 proteins may play synergetic roles in the process of carcinogen- esis of breast cancer, meanwhile, they may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progress of breast cancer through the inhibition of apoptosis.
