摘 要:目的:探索不同干燥方法对半夏质量的影响,为半夏的产地初加工提供科学依据。方法:将采挖的鲜半夏随机分组,分别采用晒干、烘干、减压干燥、真空冷冻干燥、远红外干燥、微波干燥6种方法进行干燥,以外观性状、总生物碱、总酸含量为考察指标对其进行比较。结果:以晒干的外观性状最好,其次是减压干燥;除真空冷冻干燥外,不同干燥方法的生物碱含量差异不大;不同干燥方法的总酸含量差异不大。结论:不同干燥方法对半夏药材的外观性状影响较大;综合外观性状及有效成分含量来看,晒干、减压干燥均可,但是考虑成本及大生产,在阳光充足的地区可以采用晒干。Objective: To explore influence of different drying methods on the quality of Pinellia ternata, and provide a scien- tific basis for the original processing of PineUia ternate. Methods: The fresh P/nellia tema was divided into 6 groups randomly, using the methods of drying under the sun, drying, vacuum drying, vacuum freeze-drying, far infi'ared drying, microwave dr- ying. Taking appearance and content of alkaloids, total acid as examine indicators to be compared. Results: Appearance character of drying under the sun was better than others, folhwod by vacuum drying; in addition to vacuum freeze-drying, the content of alkaloid of different drying methods was insignificant and no differences on the content of total acid of different methods. Conclusion: The Influ- ence of different drying the appearance is significant. Viewing the appearance and content of active ingredients, the best drying method /s vacuum drying; but considering cost, drying under the sun can be used in sunny areas.
