摘  要:采用顶空-固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术对石蜡挥发组分中甲苯和其它有嗅物进行了检测,分析了石蜡中硫、氮和芳烃含量。指出其中甲苯是主要的致嗅物质,二甲苯等苯系物、高碳酮、糠醛及其衍生物是次主要致嗅物质。因硫和氮的含量很低、石蜡中原有芳烃相对挥发度小,对嗅味的贡献远小于上述物质,在一般蜡中未见显著影响。在实验室进行了汽提和白土降嗅试验,结果显示试验样品在较低温度下汽提效果不显著,温度高于200℃后,产品嗅味可不大于1.0号。白土后处理也可降低嗅味。指出早期石蜡生产装置因对嗅味要求不高,分离效率往往较低。对于石蜡精炼装置(如蜡汽提塔),最终应尽可能除沸点不低于161℃的苯系物、酮、醛等物质,作为装置设计和改造的出发点。The toluene and olfactory materials in volatile components of paraffin wax were tested by combination of headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography and mass spectrometry,and the content of sulfur,nitrogen and aromatic in the wax were analyzed.It is pointed out that the main olfactory material is toluene,and the secondary olfactory materials are xylene and other benzene series,high-carbon ketone,furfural and its derivatives.As sulfur and nitrogen contents are low and the original aromatic in wax is small in relative volatility,their odor contribution is far less than that of above materials,and there is no significant impact in ordinary wax.The results of lab tests of gas stripping and white clay odor reduction show that the de-odoring effect of test samples under low-temperature gas stripping is not significant.When the temperature is higher than 200 ℃,the odor of product may not be greater than 1.0.Clay after-treatment can also reduce the odor.The separation efficiency was low in the early paraffin production units because there was no higher requirement on odor at the time.For the units such as wax stripping tower,the benzene series,ketone and aldehyde,etc whose boiling point is no lower than 161 ℃ should be completely removed,which is the basis tor the design and revamping of the units.
