摘  要:目的:通过对临床护理教师职业倦怠调查,分析影响职业倦怠的主要影响因素,为科学管理提供依据:方法:采用整群抽样的方法对南充市6家教学医院的535名临床护理教师进行职业倦怠调查,并进行影响因素分析。结果:临床护理教师的职业倦怠水平较低(在情感耗竭、去人格化这两个维度得分较低,在个人成就感这个维度得分较高);不同年龄、教龄、职称、科室在个人成就感方面存在统计学差异(P<0.05);不同转班方式、学历、医院等级、科室、年龄、教龄、婚姻、用工性质的临床护理教师,其情感耗竭有统计学差异(P<0.05);不同转班方式、学历、医院等级、教龄的临床护理教师,其去人格化差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同人口学变量的临床护理教师职业倦怠有显著差异,临床教学管理者应对其针对性干预以预防职业倦怠。Objective :To learn about the status of job burnout of clinical nursing teachers, and to disclosed the major demographic factors of it, aiming at optimizing scientific nursing management and offering scientific basis. Methods:Cluster sampling was randomly selected, and Job Burnout Scale was delivered to 535 clinical nursing teachers serving in six teaching hospitals of Nanchong,and analysis between job burnout and its influcnt factors were carried out. Results:Job burnout level of clinical nursing teachers was relatively low (relatively lower in emotional exhaustion and deper- sonalization, but higher in personal accomplishment). Personal accomplishment differentiated in age ,teaching experience, seniority, department( P 〈 0.05 ). The difference of Emotional exhaustion was very significant in shift method, educational background, hospital level, department, age ,teaching experience, marriage and nature of employment ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were statistically significant differences in depersonalization among clinical nursing teachers of different demographic factors such as work shifting modes, educational background, hospital level and teaching experience ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Burnout of clinical nursing teachers have the distinct difference in variable of demography, thus corresponding intervention of job burnout should be put forward by clinical education administrator,in order to protect clinical nursing teachers from job burnout.
