摘 要:目的结合骨科临床教学中的一些问题,利用案例教学结合任务驱动教学法,对传统骨科临床带教方法进行改善。方法按照骨科临床实习大纲要求,将2011年度54名实习医师作为对照组,采用传统教学方式;将2012年度52名实习生作为实验组,采用案例教学结合任务驱动教学法。结果实验组实习医师的理论及技能操作考核成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在临床实习带教中应用案例教学结合任务驱动教学法,能提高临床教学质量,有利于学生综合能力的培养及学习兴趣的提高。Objective To improve the traditional clinical orthopedic teaching method by using the case-based and task-driven method and targeting the problems found in clinical teaching of orthopedics . Methods In accordance with the syllabus requirements of orthopedics clinical practice , we recruited 54 interns in our department in 2011 as the control group who received the traditional teaching method and 52 interns in 2012 as the experimental group who received the case-based and task-driven teaching method.Results The theory and skills assessment results of the interns in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group ( P〈0 .01 ) .Conclusion The case-based and task-driven method used in clinical practice teaching can not only improve the quality of clinical teaching but also develop students'all-round ability and improve their interest in learning .
