摘　　要：在高等教育由外延式发展向内涵式发展转变的背景下,陕西民办高等学校如何建设一支师德高尚、业务精良、规模适当、结构合理,富有活力的学习型、创新型、高素质、高水平的专业化师资队伍已成为民办高校实现可持续发展迫切需要。为了实现上述战略目标,陕西民办高校师资队伍必须合理定位,优化师资结构;实施引进来与走出去双管齐下的人才战略,提升整体素质;实施名师建设工程,带动师资队伍水平上台阶;建立现代人力资源管理的薪酬体系,保证人才引得进、留得住、能发展。h is urgent need for the sustainable development of Shaanxi private college to establish an innovative, specialized and high - quality faculty with noble morality, sophisticated profession, appropriate scale, reasonable structure, and full of vitality, in the background from extensive to intensive development of higher education. In order to realize the strategic target, Shaanxi private college must be reasonable positioning and optimizing the faculty structure. They should implement talent strategy, improve the overall quality of teacher, and promote the faculty to a higher level, to establish salary system of modern human resources and ensure the attraction, maintaining and development of talents.
