104岁老人罹患食管癌1例

摘　　要：报道一例罕见的高年龄食管癌患者病例。患者,男,104岁,因下咽不利,遂入院就诊。胃镜示:距门齿35cm处,黏膜僵硬,见不规则新生物突出,质脆,触之易出血,无法进镜。病理结果提示:食管癌小细胞癌。随后,前往林州行食管腔内置管术,1mon后因饮食无节制致食管堵塞而去世。In this paper we reported a rare case for the old age of patient with esophageal cancer . 104 years old male patient was initially admitted to hospital because of swallow difficulty . Endoscopy showed that at 35cm from the incisors , the mucosa was stiff with one irregular new lumps which is crisp ,bleeding on touch , and resisted the gastroscopy to go through . Pathological diagnosis was esophageal small cell carcinoma . Then , he was sent to Linzhou for esophageal lumen catheter . About a month later he died of esophageal block by overeating .
