摘　　要：中学教材中对"通邑大都"的一句的解释分歧较大,意思很难贯通,文章结合大学古代汉语教材、古代文学教材、工具书、司马迁《史记》文本等注释,提出了自己的见解,认为"通邑大都"承前省略了"传之"或是采用"古文共用"手法。There is a considerable divergence on the explanation and notes on Metropolitan＇in the textbook of middle schools that led to a dilemma to its interpretation. Combined with notes and ex- planations from university＇s textbook of ancient Chinese, textbook of ancient literature and refer- ence books and Si Maqian＇s 〈 Shih Chi 〉, the essay proposed its own opinions, believing that metropolitan＂ inherited the former and omitted ＂Chuanzhi＇or adopted the approach of ommon sha- ring of ancient articles.
