摘 要:目的:评价CMER干预模式预防职高生非法药物滥用的干预效果,为职高生非法药物滥用预防提供依据。方法:整群随机抽取武汉市某职业高中一年级学生328名,随机分为对照组、试验一组和试验二组。试验一组接受传统课堂教育模式的干预措施,试验二组接受CMER模式的干预措施,对照组不接受任何干预。干预前后,试验组和对照组均接受自填式问卷调查。结果:干预后,试验二组学生在毒品成瘾性及成瘾机理、危害性的认知方面的平均得分均有不同程度的提高,并显著高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05);试验二组男生对海洛因/鸦片好奇率明显低于试验一组(P<0.05);试验二组的男生自我保护意识的平均得分均有不同程度的升高,并显著高于对照组和试验一组(P<0.05)。结论:CMER模式能提高学生对毒品的认知水平,降低学生对毒品的好奇率及提高学生的自我保护意识,其干预效果要优于传统课堂教育模式。Objective: To assess the efficacy of the program of Cognition-Motivation-Emotional intelligence and Resistance (CMER) on prevention in drug abuse among vocational high school students, and to provide bases for the prevention and intervention. Methods: 328 students were randomly selected from one vocational high school in Wuhan, then they were randomly divided into three groups, intervention group one, group two and control group. The intervention group two received a intervention program of CMER, group one accepted traditional educational pattern, and no intervention was given to the control. Self-designed questionnaire survey was given to both the intervention and the control before and after the intervention. Results: After intervention, the mean scores of group two on the knowledge of addiction and damage of illicit drugs were significantly higher than those of the control and than before interven- tion ( P 〈 0.05 ). The curious rate of heroin or opium of male students in group two is significant lower than group one( P 〈 0.05 ). In terms of self-protection consciousness, the mean scores of group two is significant higher than those of control group and group one (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: CMER intervention pattern can effectively enhance the students' understanding about drug abuse and self- protection awareness, as well as reduce the curiosity of the students to drugs.
