摘 要:为了对4C6-65M22型柴油机缸体的动态特性进行了解,建立了缸体的三维实体模型和有限元分析模型,在hypermesh中对其进行了自由模态分析,得到了缸体前十阶固有频率和振型,并对缸体进行了试验模态分析。通过理论模态与实验模态参数的对比,验证了结果的可靠性。对结果进行分析,为以后柴油机缸体的优化和改进提供了一定的依据。In order to get the Dynamic Characteristics of 4C6-65M22 Diesel Engine cylinder block, the 3-D solid model and finite element analysis model of the cylinder block were established, free modal analysis was carried out in hy- permesh, the front ten order natural frequency and vibration mode were obtained, and modal experiment analysis of the block was also done. Through the rnodal parameters comparison of the theory and experiment, the reliability of the results was verified. Through the analysis of the results, it can provide a basis of the further optimization and improvement of the diesel engine cylinder block.
