护理本科新生与四年级学生专业选择及就业意愿的比较

摘　　要：目的比较新入学的护理本科生与四年级学生专业选择及就业意愿的差异。方法采用自设问卷,对护理专业本科70名新生和113名四年级学生进行专业选择和就业意愿的调查。结果在专业选择上,新生以服从招生计划居多,而四年级学生以遵从父母意见居多,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);58.57%的新生和40.71%的四年级学生毕业后愿意从事护理工作(P<0.01)。结论新生与四年级学生在选择专业的原因及就业意愿存在一定差异,应对学生进行针对性引导和教育,帮助他们树立正确的择业观。Objective To investigate the differences in the reasons to select major of nursing and employment intentions between the freshmen and senior nursing undergraduates. Methods Seventy freshmen and 113 senior nursing undergraduates were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about the reasons to select major of nursing and employment intentions. Results The main reasons to choose major of nursing were following the enrollment plan in freshmen and following the opinions of parents in senior students（P〈0.01）. There were 58.57% of the freshmen and 40.71% of the senior nursing students who tended to engage in nursing after graduation（P〈0.01）. Conclusion There are some differences in the reasons to select major of nursing and employment intentions between the freshmen and seniors nursing undergraduates. It is suggested to provide targeted guidance and education to help nursing undergraduates to set up proper professional attitude and employment intentions.
