摘　　要：电梯运行的舒适度很大程度上取决于电梯导轨安装质量,由于标准导轨长度为5 m,因此导轨间的配合间隙大小就会影响电梯轿厢运行过程的振动程度。如何进行选择装配导轨,以使导轨间的间隙均匀且满足国标要求,是一个非常重要的课题。提出一种基于蚁群算法的计算机辅助选择装配导轨的方法,能够很好地解决该问题。蚁群算法(ACO)是一种新型的基于种群的模拟进化算法,属于随机搜索算法。为了对各导轨进行组合优化,提出一个以装配质量综合指标为优化目标的数学模型,作为厂家在包装之前的调配依据。通过实际项目应用,验证了该方法的实效性。The elevator ride comfort greatly depends on the quality of elevator guide rail mounting. The standard rail length is 5 m, the clearance size will affect the rail between the elevator car vibration level. How to choose the assembly guide rail, so that the clearance between the guide rails is uniformity and meets the requirements of national standards, this is a very important topic. The method of assembly guide with an ant colony algorithm based computer assisted selection can well solve the problem. Ant Colony ptimization （ACO） is a novel simulated evolutionary algorithm based on population, belongs to random search algorithm. In order to optimize the track, the mathematical model is put forward, the comprehensive index of assembly quality is the optimization goal. This method is the manufacturers allocate basis before packaging. The actual project application verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
