摘 要:目的:构建共享型全国高职护理专业教学资源库。方法:104家全国各地具有代表性的医院及院校组成联合开发团队,根据对行业需求和学校课程的调研结果形成新的护理专业人才培养基本要求。在此要求下完成教学资源的开发、研制、归档、审核和上传,形成网络资源库。推广应用以后调查评价使用效果。结果 :共集成了13门护理专业核心课程。建成视频160个,虚拟作品52个,教学图片5405幅,行业案例128个,任务情境137个,情景案例130个,实验实训50个,试题6720题。用户对资源库总体满意度约为88.3%;52.3%的用户每周使用资源库;72.5%的用户借鉴过资源库素材。结论:高职护理专业教学资源库的建设推动了高职护理课程建设、教学创新与学习模式变革,加速了护理职业教育的信息化,实现了护理教育资源的共享。Objective:To build a shared national teaching resource library for nursing vocational education. Method:Based on the results of a national survey carried out before, new nursing professional standards and basic requirements of nursing vocational education were formulated by 104 representative hospitals and institutes from various regions in China. According to the requirements, the teaching resources were developed, ifled, veriifed., and then uploaded to the network. After a widely using period, the effects were evaluated by a questionnaire. Results:The resource library included 13 core courses, 160 videos, 52 virtual works, 5405 pictures, 128 nursing cases, 137 mission scenarios, 130 case scenarios, 50 skill training projects and 6720 examination questions. The overall satisfaction about resource library was 88.3%. About 52.3%investigated users visited library every week and 72.5%of them have cited the content and materials from the library. Conclusions:The resource library promoted the construction of curriculum, innovation of teaching and changing of learning mode in vocational nursing education. It accelerated information technology development in nursing vocational education and realized co-construction and sharing of nursing education resources.
