摘　　要：目的检测Ki-67蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达,及其与乳腺癌肿瘤病理核分裂像计数、淋巴结转移、临床病理学指标间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测乳腺癌组织中Ki-67蛋白的表达,分析阳性表达与乳腺癌病理核分裂像计数、腋窝淋巴结转移、雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)、人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2)表达之间的关系。结果 Ki-67蛋白在乳腺癌病理核分裂像计数的表达与恶性程度具有显著的相关性;Ki-67蛋白在ER和PR阳性组中表达显著低于ER和PR阴性组,而在HER-2阳性组中表达显著高于HER-2阴性组。结论 Ki-67可作为判断乳腺癌患者预后及疗效的重要标志物,同时联合检测Ki-67和其他乳腺癌病理学指标有助于了解乳腺癌生物学行为,为治疗和预后提供思路。Objective To investigate the Ki-67 expression in the tissue of breast cancer and the relationship between the Ki-67 and mitotic count, lymph node metastasis and clinical pathological parameters. Methods To test the Ki-67 expression in the tissue of breast cancer with immunohistochemistry and analyze the relationship between the Ki-67 and mitotic count, lymph node metastasis,ER,PR and HER-2. Results The Ki-67 expression in mitotic count and malignant degree has significant correlation . The Ki-67 expression in the ER and PR positive group is significantly lower than that in the ER and PR negative group. The Ki-67 expression in the HER-2 positive group is significantly higher than that in the HER-2 negative group. Conclusions Ki-67 can serve as a judge for the efficacy of breast cancer prognosis, and the combined detection of Ki-67 and other clinical pathological parameters for breast cancer can help to understand the biological behavior of breast cancer.
