大理市老年人用药依从性调查

摘　　要：目的:为更好地开展老年人药学服务工作,提高老年人用药的安全性、合理性和科学性。方法:通过问卷调查,采用χ2检验进行数据处理,对是否按剂量、按时、按周期、联合用药等方面的用药依从性进行分析。结果:年龄、健康状况、住院史、病情进展、药物不良反应等方面对老年人用药依从性的影响有统计学意义(P均小于0.05)。结论:根据否按剂量、按时、按周期、联合用药对依从性产生影响的不同,有针对性的开展专业性的药学服务,有助于提高老年人用药依从性。Objective： To develop pharmaceutical services for the senior citizens, and to improve a safe, rational and scientific medical guidance for the aged. Methods： Questionnaire surveys were applied to investigate the medication compliance. The Х^2 test was used for data analysis with variables including dosage, time, period, and drug co-administration. Results： Medication compliance among the senior citizens was influenced by age, physical situation, hospitalization history, disease progression, and drug adverse reaction. And the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Pertinent and professional pharmaceutical services should be taken according to the influence factors as dosage, time, period, and drug co-administration so as to improve medicine compliance for the aged.
