摘　　要：现代组织理论发展至今,经历了理性视角、自然视角与开放视角的演变,组织与环境的关系都是一个重要的论题。"高素质人才"和"信息技术"对组织与环境的关系产生的影响过程,可以构建一种适合组织发展的有效而合理的模式,以适应多变的环境,并实现二者得有效结合。The development ural perspective and open of modem organization theory has passed through rational perspective, nat- perspective. The relationship between organization and environment is an important topic. In the perspective of each theory, how ＂highly qualified talent＂ and ＂information technology＂ are affected by the relationship between the organization and the environment is dis-cussed.
