摘　　要：针对胸外科青年医师工作中存在的实际问题，从加强医德医风建设、强化人文素质培训、提升技能操作水平、重视医学资料积累、培养科研创新思维等方面出发，积极转换培训、教育方式，强化专业技能训练和综合素质培养，建立长效考核机制。从目前临床实践经验和医患满意度调查结果来看，效果良好。In order to solve the young doctor＇s practical problem, several measures were taken including strengthening the construction of medical ethics and humanity quality, enhancing operation ski- lls, paying attention to medical data accumulation, cultivating research innovative thinking, etc. Mean- while, training and education mode was changed, technical skill training and comprehensive quality cul- tivation were enhanced and long-term effective assessment mechanism was built. Clinical practical experi- ence and the general patient satisfaction result showed that satisfactory effect was achieved.
