扇形额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术在儿童先天性上睑下垂中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨扇形额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术矫正儿童先天性上睑下垂的手术效果。方法回顾性分析2008年6月至2012年6月儿童先天性上睑下垂病例，采用扇形额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术治疗。结果163例（248眼）患者．随访时间6月-3年，单纯性上睑下垂手术效果满意，但小睑裂综合征患者术后欠矫发生几率较高。无远期并发症发生。结论扇形额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术是治疗儿童先天性上睑下垂理想的手术方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fan-shape frontalis muscle suspension for congen-ital blepharoptosis correction in children. Methods A retrospective analysis of pediatric congenital blepharoptosis be tween June 2008 and June 2012 was conducted. 163 cases （248 eyes） underwent a fan-shape frontalis muscle suspen sion to correct the hlepharoptosis. Results After the follow-up of 0.5 to 3 years, the patients with simple congenital blepharoptosis obtained a satisfactory outcome. Patients with blepharophimosis syndrome had more chance for under correction. There was no complications such as entropion and exposition keratitis occurrences. Conclusions Fan shape frontalis muscle suspension is a ideal surgery method for pediatric congenital blepharoptosis.
