Livin和caspase-3在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨食管鳞癌组织中Livin与caspase-3的表达情况,以及两者与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测36例食管鳞癌组织及20例癌旁正常食管组织中Livin和caspase-3蛋白的表达,分析其与食管鳞癌临床病理特征的关系。结果食管鳞癌组织中Livin的阳性表达率为69.4%,高于癌旁正常组织中的10.0%(P=0.000);caspase-3在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率为38.9%,低于癌旁正常组织中的80.0%(P=0.003)。两者表达与组织分化程度、浆膜浸润和淋巴结转移有关,与性别、年龄无关。Livin与caspase-3的表达在食管鳞癌组织中呈负相关(r=-0.337,P=0.045)。结论 Livin和caspase-3在食管鳞癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。Objective To explore the expression of Livin and easpase-3 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ESCC） , and their relationship with clinical features. Methods The expressions of Livin and caspase-3 in 36 cases of ESCC and 20 cases of normal esophageal tissue（ control group） were detected using SP method and their relationship with clinical pathological features was investiga- ted. Results The positive rate of Livin in ESCC was 69.4% , higher than 10. 0% in control group（ P = 0. 000）. The positive rate of caspase-3 in ESCC was 38.9% , lower than 80. 0% in control group（P = 0. 003）. The expression of Livin and caspase-3 was related with histological differentiation, serosal infiltration and lymph node metastasis, but not with sex and age. Negative association was found between the expressions of Livin and caspase-3 in ESCC tissue（ r = -0. 337 ,P = 0. 045 ）. Conclusion Livin and caspase-3 play an important role in the occurrence and development of ESCC.
