摘　　要：本研究导入一种口腔肌肉机能训练法(MFT法)来治疗上颌前突临床患者1例,从而除去口腔不良习惯,进一步评价MFT治疗在临床中的效果。选日本冈山大学进修期间,就诊于正畸科上颌前突患者1例,同意参加本次研究。治疗后上颌前突明显改善,原有关节弹响消失。MFT训练法对于因口唇肌力量不足,舌癖等引发的上颌前突的治疗,具有相当重要的临床意义。Objectives This research used training muscle therapy（MFT method） to treat a case of maxillary protrusion to get rid of bad oral habits and further evaluate the clinical effects of MFT method. We chose a patient with maxillary protrusion who visited Ortho- dontic Clinic of Okayama University. The patient agreed to participate in this study. After treatment, the maxillary protrusion was im- proved obviously and the original joint elastic clicking disappeared. MFT training method has important clinical significance for maxil- lary protrusion caused by insufficient oral muscle strength, tongue sucking and so on.
