摘　　要：从低碳技术创新的概念入手,以系统论观点为视角,剖析中小企业在该领域遇到的困境,并有针对性地提出促进中小企业低碳技术创新的具体措施。Starting from the concept of low-carbon technology innovation, this article analyzes the dilemmas encountered by SMEs in this field from the perspective of system theory, and puts forward specific countermeasures to promote low - car-bon technology innovation for SMEs.
