摘  要:目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在葡萄胎恶变的作用机理。方法对32例良性转归葡萄胎及14例恶性转变葡萄胎采用免疫组化法检测MMP-2、HIF-1α的表达水平,并对两者的相关性进行研究。结果 MMP-2及HIF-1α在葡萄胎组织均有表达,但在恶性转归组的表达强于良性转归组(x^2值分别为4.563、5.139,均P<0.05);相关性分析结果显示,MMP-2的表达与HIF-1α的表达呈正相关(rs=0.627,P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2和HIF-1α在葡萄胎恶性转变中起一定作用,用来预测葡萄胎的恶变可能有重要意义。Objective To study the development mechanism of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF--1α) in malignant-transformed hydatidiform mole. Methods The expression of MMP-2 and HIF-1α was detected by immunohistochemistry in 32 cases of remising-transformed hydatidiform mole and 14 cases of malignant-transformed hydatidiform mole. And the relationship between HIF-1αand MMP-2 was studied. Results Both MMP-2 and HIF-1α were expressed, but the expression of MMP- 2 and HIF-1α was significantly higher in malignant-transformed hydatidiform mole than that in remising-transformed hydatidiform mole(x2 value was 4. 563 and 5. 139, respectively, both P 〈 0.05 ). Correlation analysis indicated that there was positive correlation between the expression of MMP-2 and HIF-1α( rs = 0. 627, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The expression of MMP-2 and HIF-1α could be an useful index for prediction of malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole.
