摘　　要：评价区域创新型企业研发活动，对于改善区域研发管理管理、进一步提高区域研发效率具有重要意义。本文基于创新型企业研发活动的影响因素，构建创新型企业研发能力评价指标体系，以福建省创新型企业为例，利用近3年各地区创新型企业的相关数据，借助灰色关联分析方法．对福建省区域创新型企业研发能力进行了评价和分析。The evaluation of research and development capability of innovative enterprises has a great significance to enhancing enterprise management and further improving efficiency of enterprise R＆D.The article select a suitable evaluation method by reviewing the influential factors based on R＆D activities of innovative enterprises and the innovative indicators system of performance evaluation constructing innovative enterprises. According to relevant data collected from local innovative enterprises in Fujian province in 2012,the main purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze the ability of R＆D capability of innovative enterprises by the method of GRA.
