摘　　要：本文通过分析近几年湖南省实施事业单位人事制度改革实践过程中面临的主要问题,从中发现造成湖南省事业单位人事制度改革成效不显著的诸多原因,以期为深化我省事业单位人事制度改革、形成健全的管理体制、完善的用人机制和完备的政策法规体系提供可借鉴的对策和建议。Through the analysis of the main problems in the process of the implementation of institutions＇ personnel system reform practice in Hunan province in recent years, this article finds a number of reasons which cause the institutionss personnel system reform to have no significant effect in Hunan province, in order to provide referential countermeasures and suggestions on deepening the reform of the institutions＇ personnel system in our province, forming a sound management system, perfecting the employment mechanism and completing the policies and regulations system.
