摘　　要：目的调查高校不同性别、学历的学生耳鼻喉科用药依从性,以及不依从的原因、表现与性别、学历有无关系。方法采用问卷调查与座谈相结合的方法,将参加调查的学生进行依从性分层、调查不同性别、学历的学生耳鼻喉科用药依从性的差异;并对不依从的学生按照不同性别、学历分组,对其不依从的原因和表现进行调查分析。结果用药依从性情况在不同性别、学历间无显著性差异。各种不依从的表现、原因在不同性别、学历间也无显著性差异。结论高校医务工作者,应积极加强医疗和心理服务,通过开展多方位的宣传教育、用药咨询等方法,提高学生对耳鼻喉科用药的依从性,从而达到医疗用药的最佳效果。Objective survey college students of different gender, educational background otolaryngology medication adherence, and the cause of nonadherence, expression and gender, educational background have rela- tions. Methods with the method of combination of questionnaire and discussion, students will take part in surveys conducted compliance stratification, investigation, students of different gender, educational background differences in otolaryngology medication compliance; And not from the grouping of students according to different gender, edu- cation, probes into the its cause of nonadherence and performance were investigated. Results Medical workers in colleges and universities should actively strengthen the medical and psychological services, by conducting all-round publicity and education, medication consultation method, enhances the student to otolaryngology medication compli- ance, so as to achieve best effect of medical application.
