摘 要:W5油田为普通稠油油藏,前期进行过调剖,纵向动用和平面水驱有一定程度的改善,但是开发过程中仍存在平面和纵向矛盾,拟通过调剖结合提高采收率表面活性剂驱进一步改善水驱效果。为此,先对W5进行了开发效果评价,然后在调研的基础上优选W5-2井组作为表面活性剂驱井组,并优选出FPS-LH-IV表面活性剂。通过表面活性剂性能评价可见所选FPS-LH-Ⅳ表面活性剂驱油体系具有配伍性好、低界面张力、乳化降黏好、吸附适中、热稳定性好、较好的注入能力、驱油效率高等特点;并进行了方案优化及现场实施,评价了表面活性剂驱效果,通过计算可得井组采油速度由0.86%提高到1.13%;井组采收率由37.9%上升到44.0%,表明FPSLH-Ⅳ表面活性剂驱可以改善W5稠油油藏水驱效果。The development effects of W5 Oilfield were poor. In order to improve recovery factor,the water flooding effect should be improved by using surfactant flooding. So,first,the development effect of W5 Oilfield was evaluated,then the W5- 2 well group was selected as surfactant flooding well group,and based on the features of W5 Oilfield and through the performance evaluation of surfactant,the FPS- LH- IV surfactant was selected. The FPS- LH- Ⅳ surfactant oil displacement system had good compatibility,low interfacial tension,good emulsification and adsorbability,good thermal stability and injectability, high oil displacement efficiency, etc.Through operation scheme optimization and on- site application,the well group oil production rate increased from 0. 86% to0. 86%,well group recovery ratio was increased from 37. 9% to44. 0%,which indicated that FPS- LH-Ⅳ surfactant flooding could improve the waterflooding effect of W5 heavy oil reservoir.
