政策支持对民族地区返乡农民工创业意愿影响的实证分析

摘　　要：采用野三关镇136份返乡农民工的实地调研数据,运用logistic回归方法分析了政府政策支持等因素对民族地区返乡农民工创业意愿的影响.结果表明:返乡农民工对政府总体支持力度的满意度越大,其返乡创业的意愿就越强烈.具体到每项政策,"对简化工商登记手续的满意度"影响最显著,"对技能培训的满意度"次之.此外,"婚否"、"文化程度"、"风险态度"、"是否有亲戚担任村干部、经商或者公务员"、"兄弟姐妹数"、"是否曾担任管理岗位"等个体特征因素和"对当地创业文化满意度"等外部环境因素对返乡农民工创业意愿也有显著的影响.Based on data from a survey of 136 returned migrant workers of yesangnan town by using logistic regression method to empirically analye the effects of government policy support and other factors on the returned migrant workers＇ willingness to start entrepreneurship in the ethnic minority areas. The results show that the greater the government~ overall efforts are, the more willing returned migrant workers are to start entrepreneurship. Specific to each policy, the workers are most concerned about whether the government can simplify the business registration procedures, followed by whether provide skills training. Besides, individual characteristic factors such as ＂marital status＂, ＂ the degree of education＂, ＂risk attitude＂, ＂whether have relatives as village officials, in business or civil servants＂, ＂the number of brothers and sisters＂, ＂whether has held management positions＂ and external environmental factors such as ＂the local entrepreneurial culture satisfaction＂, also have a significant impact on the returned m/grant workers＇willingness to start entrepreneurship.
