从结构功能主义视角评析我国高校辅导员制度

摘　　要：结构功能主义认为,结构决定功能,功能满足需要,系统的结构为满足系统的功能而存在。运用结构功能主义的经典模型AGIL对我国现行高校辅导员制度进行了结构功能分析,提出高校辅导员系统应满足符合要求、胜任工作、自身发展、文化认同四个方面的功能。结合高校辅导员队伍存在的问题,提出了从全局思考高校辅导员功能定位、强化辅导员育人功能、形成高校辅导员可持续发展制度环境的建议。Structural functionalism considers, structure determines function and function meets the needs, so the structure of system exists to meet the needs of the function of the system. The structure functional analysis of the current system for university instructors in China is made by means of classi- cal model AGIL of structural functionalism. It is proposed that the system should have four functions, such as meeting the requirements, competence, self development and cultural identity. Some sugges- tions on global reflecting on functional orientation of instructors＂ function, strengthening their func- tion of educating people and forming the institutional environment for sustainable development are giv- en according to problems existing in the instructor team.
