右肾上腺畸胎瘤1例并文献复习

摘　　要：目的探讨肾上腺畸胎瘤的诊断、治疗和预后。方法回顾我院近期诊治右肾上腺畸胎瘤1例,随访了解其复发和生存情况,检索中国期刊全文数据库和PubMed数据库,荟萃分析国内外研究现状。结果肾上腺畸胎瘤好发于右侧,中青年女性多见,一般因腰痛或查体发现,CT检查常有钙化,术后病理良性多见。结论肾上腺畸胎瘤较为罕见,外科手术是主要治疗方式,手术方式和预后有待进一步探讨。Objective To investigate the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of adrenal terato- ma. Methods Reviewed one case of right adrenal teratoma we treated recently. The patient was followed to evaluate recurrence and survival. We also searched CNKI and PubMed database for liter- ature about adrenal teratoma and analyzed overseas and domestic research status. Results Adrenal teratoma used to appear mostly in young and middle-aged women in the right retroperitoneal area. The disease is usually discovered because of backache and calcification is common in CT （Computed Tomography）, most adrenal teratomas were proved to be benign pathologically. Conclusions Ad- renal teratoma is a rare tumor, surgical operation is the main treatment method, surgical methods and prognosis deserve further research.
