摘  要:以高梁壳为原料 ,用酸性乙醇提取高梁红色素。对高梁红色素的特性进行了探讨 ,结果发现 ,该色素为醇溶性色素 ,最大吸收峰值为 490nm ;该色素对酸碱、光、温度都较稳定 ,该色素耐还原性很好 ,但耐氧化性较差。再以高梁壳渣为原料 ,磷酸法制取粉状活性炭 ,通过正交试验探索了最佳工艺条件。制得的粉状脱色用活性炭 ,产品吸附指标符合LY2 16 - 79标准。这一研究对高梁壳的综合利用和开拓天然食用色素及活性炭的原料来源开辟了一条现实可行的途径。A new process to produce pigment and activated carbon from sorghum shell is introduced in this paper, pigment is obtained by leaching the sorghum shell with acidity alcohol. The red pigment's character of sorghum has been analyzed, the result is the pigment can be dissolved into alcohol and it's maximum absorption spectrum peak is at 490nm, The pigment is stable to temperature, light, acid and alkali. The reductive-tolerant are good, but the oxidant-tolerant is bad. The optimal manufacturing process of PAC(powdered activated carbon) from sorghum shell dregs with phosphoric acid method by orthogonal design are investigated. The prepared products of PAC for decolorization are of fine quality which meet the standard LY216-79. The study develops a practical and feasible way for the comprehensive utilization of sorghum shell and exploits a new resource of raw material for natural food pigment and activated carbon.
