紧张型头痛与中医心理紊乱状态的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨紧张型头痛与中医心理紊乱状态的相关性。方法临床观察300例紧张型头痛患者,采用结构式问卷收集资料,建立数据库。经单因素方差分析、χ2检验等统计学方法,探讨紧张型头痛与中医心理紊乱状态的相关性。结果300例紧张型头痛患者中,有236例存在不同程度的中医心理紊乱状态,占紧张型头痛患者总数的78.7%。患者以思虑过度和郁闷不舒状态所占比例较大,各占30.08%和20.76%,两者共占50.84%;其次为烦躁焦虑、郁闷不舒+思虑过度、郁闷不舒+烦躁焦虑,分别占15.26%、13.14%、11.86%;惊悸不安和精神萎靡所占比例较少,共占8.9%。经单个样本多个构成的拟和优度的χ2检验,P<0.05,说明紧张型头痛中医心理紊乱状态整体构成不同。不同中医心理紊乱状态下的头痛指数差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论紧张型头痛与中医心理紊乱状态有相关性。中医心理紊乱状态整体构成不同。Objective To explore the correlation between the tension-type headache （TTH） and TCM psychological disorder state. Methods 300 cases of clinical patients with tension headache were observed, structured questionnaire was used to col- lect data and establish a database. By the single factor analysis of variance, chi-square and other statistical methods, this study explored the correlation between TYH and TCM psychological disorder state. Results Of 300 patients with tension-type headache, there were 236 cases of different degrees of TCM psychological disorder state, accounted for 78.7% of the total number of patients with TTH. Patients in the deliberation state and the feehng gloomy state accounted for a bigger proportion, each accounted for 30.08% and 20.76%, both accounted for 50.84%. Followed by the irritable anxious state, the feeling gloomy state ＋ the deliberation state, and the feeling gloomy state ＋ the irritable anxious state, each accounted for 15.26%, 13.14% and 11.86%; less proportion of the anxiety and terror state and the depression state, each accounted for 8.9%. Con- stituted by a single sample multiple fitting goodness chi-square test, P 〈 0.05, which suggested that TCM psychological state of disorder elements of TrH were different in the whole. Under different TCM psychological state of disorder, headache index had a significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion TTH has correlation with TCM psychological state of disorder. The TCM psychological state of disorder has different elements in the whole of traditional Chinese medicine.
