摘  要:目的分析16排CT低剂量扫描在肺癌诊断中的应用价值,并总结CT低剂量扫描在肿瘤诊断中的临床应用现状。方法随机选取2011年8月~2013年4月问在我院影像科行胸部CT检查的242例患者,分析CT低剂量扫描在肺癌诊断中的应用价值,并依据使用CT低剂量扫描检查的经验,总结CT低剂量扫描在肿瘤诊断中的临床应用现状。结果242例患者的CT低剂量扫描检查发现,61例患者的CT影像检查出结节,其中单发性结节12例,多发性结节49例。扫描图像观察到16例支气管病变患者,并检查出38个纵隔淋巴结。结论16排CT低剂量扫描能够有效检测出肺部肿瘤内的结节和支气管病变,临床上可应用于肺癌的早期诊断。另外,双源CT低剂量扫描在诊断腹部肿瘤有良好的应用前景。Objective To analyze the apply value of low dose of the 16 row and dual-source CT scanning in lung can- cer diagnosis, and sumed up the clinical application in the diagnosis of malignant tumors of low dose CT scanning. Methods Randomly selected 242 patients checked in our hospital radiology department of chest CT from 2011 August to 2012 August. Analyzed the value of low dose of the 16 row and dual-source CT scanning in lung cancer diagnosis and sumed up the status of clinical application in diagnosis of tumor of low dose CT scanning according to the experi- ence of low dose of the 16 row and dual-source CT scanning. Results 61 cases was diagnosed with tuberous from 242 patients with the low dose of the 16 row and dual-source CT scanning. 12 cases have multiple nodules,and 49 cases multiple nodules were found in the 61 cases. 16 cases bronchial lesions and 38 cases mediastinal lymph nodes were observed in the scanning images. Conclusion Low dose of the 16 row and dual-source CT scanning can detect nod- ules and bronchial lung lesions within the tumor effectively. It also can be used in diagnosis of early lung cancer. In addition, low dose of the 16 row and dual-source CT scanning have a good application prospect in abdominal tumors diagnosis.
