摘　　要：目的探讨自体带前锯肌肋骨移植在锁骨肿瘤切除后骨缺损重建的效果。方法2006年1月～2013年9月，对5例不宜用病灶刮除的锁骨肿瘤患者行瘤段切除，用自体带前锯肌肋骨重建锁骨，手术后随访评价肿瘤有无复发、移植肋骨愈合及肩关节功能。结果5例患者均获随访，随访时间至骨移植处愈合为止。根据En．neking功能评价标准，术后6个月有4例为100％，1例行胸锁关节融合者为80％；随访终止时评价均为q00％。愈合时间14～23个月，平均17．6个月。随访期间未发现肿瘤局部复发及转移。结论锁骨肿瘤切除后重建骨缺损是必要的，自体带前锯肌肋骨取材容易，外形匹配，容易愈合，对供区影响较小，绝大多数病例均可以利用自体带前锯肌肋骨进行重建而达到良好的效果。Objective To evaluate the effects of transplanting of autogenous lib with costoscapularis for reconstructing bone defect of clavicle after tumor resection. Methods From January 2006 to September 2013, five patients inappropri- ate to curettage received the surgical procedures for reconstructing bone defect by autogenous lib with costoscapularis after resection of clavicle tumor. The recurrence, graft rib healing and function of the shoulder joint were evaluated in follow up period after operation. Results Five patients were followed up to the time of healing of bone graft.According to Enneking functional evaluation standards after 6 months postoperation,4 cases were 100%, 1 case of sternoclavicu- lar joint fusion was 80%. All cases were 100% in the end. The healing time ranged from 14-23 months,averaged 17.6 months.Recurrence and metastasis of tumor was not found.Conclusion Autogenous lib with costoscapularis is necessary and a reliable reconstructive material for clavicle defect due to tumor resection by it＇s several advantages. The majori- ty of cases can use to reconstruct the clavicle and achieve good results.
