盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸米诺环素软膏(派丽奥)与甲硝唑缓释药膜联合使用治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法选取2008年1月—2012年12月收治的慢性局限型轻、中度牙周炎患者150例,分为观察组与对照组。观察组采用派丽奥与甲硝唑缓释药膜联合治疗;对照组单纯采用派丽奥治疗。比较两组治疗前后牙周改善情况及治疗后整体疗效。结果治疗前,在牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度及牙齿松动指数几项指标上,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组改善幅度明显更大。治疗1个月后,观察组疗效优于对照组。结论派丽奥联合甲硝唑缓释药膜在慢性局限型轻、中度牙周炎的治疗中疗效明显,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the effect of treating chronic periodontitis with minocycline hydrochloride combined metronidazole sustained-release film.Methods Choosed 150 patients suffered mild or moderate chronic periodontitis form Jan.2008 to Dec.2012 to divide into study group and controlled group.The study group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride combined metronidazole sustained-release film,and controlled group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride only.Compared the effect of these two groups.Results The effect of treating gingival index,plaque index,probing depth and gomphiasis of study group after treating was better than controlled group.The total effect in study group was better than controlled group.Conclusion Treating chronic periodontitis with minocycline hydrochloride combined metronidazole sustained-release film has better effect to extend in clinic.
