摘 要:探索最大力量增长及消退的规律,为科学制定体育训练和康复训练提供科学依据。方法:文献资料、实验法、数据统计法和比较分析法等研究方法,实验法:分为高强度组和中等强度组,训练负荷采用90%1RM和70%1RM两种,对16名黑龙江齐齐哈尔女子冰球队队员进行为期16周的深蹲最大力量训练,两组相比较,研究两种不同强度在卧推训练中下肢最大力量增长及消退的规律。结果:两种强度都能有效的提高上肢最大力量,但在增长速度上高等强度组要好于中等强度组,力量的消退速度与力量的增长速度有密切关系,快速增长的力量消退的快,慢速增长的力量消退慢。结论:高强度力量训练能够在较短的时间内有效的提高最大力量,是比较理想的训练负荷。Explore maximum force in the growth and retreat of rules for science, sports training and rehabilitation training formulated to provide scientific basis. Methods: the literature material, experimental method, data statistics and comparative analysis and other methods, experimental method: divided into high strength group and moderate intensity group, the training load IRM and 70% by 90% IRM two kinds, to 16 Beijing sport university stu- dents' healthy male for 16 weeks maximum strength train- ing, and triceps-act to compare the two groups, the two kinds of different intensity in training and triceps-act maximum growth and upper washout rule. Results: two strength can effectively improve the maximum power, but the upper in growth in higher strength group is better than a medium strength, power of craft-of speed and power have close relations, the growth rate of rapid growth of the regression of fast, power slow growing power sub- sidise slowly. Conclusion: high strength strength training can in a relatively short period of time effectively improve the maximum power, is an ideal training load.
