机车信号环线发码箱故障检测与智能切换的研究

摘　　要：针对铁路现有在用的机车信号环线发码箱存在没有故障自动检测功能、没有通道中断故障报警提示、没有故障自动切换功能、发码通道没有冗余配置等问题,提出将发码箱输出信号接入采集检测板,使发码箱的输出信号控制在正常值;另设置继电器,实现即时判断原发码箱故障,保证故障后能维持原股道环线正常使用,保证机车或动车的安全正点出入库及运行。There are some problems in the railway locomotive signal link with the code box. For example, there is no automatic fault detection, fault alarm, no channel interrupt, no fault automatic switching function, no redundant configuration of code channel, etc. This paper puts forward some solutions such as putting the code box output signal in detection plate so as to control the output signal code box in the normal value, setting relays to judge instant original code box fault, to maintain the original track link after the fault, to ensure the locomotive or train on the safety storage and operation.
