摘　　要：近年来,高校突发事件数量持续上升,直接影响了正常的教育教学秩序,给高校应急工作提出了崭新的命题和更高的要求,也迫切要求我们必须根据当前高校应急工作的需要和高校应急工作规律,要以预案建设、体制建设、机制建设和法制建设为支撑点,不断建立健全能够整合高校资源和充分发挥系统功能的高校应急体系。The quantity of Campus Emergencies keeps rising in recent years, which affects the normal teaching and education order, all these present us with a brand-new topic and higher requirement. It is urgently required that a Campus Emergencies System should be built, including the plan and mechanism. What＇s more, the legal system must be built so as to help integrate the campus resources and give full play to the function of system.
