摘　　要：文章从高校图书馆自身需求和社会需求两方面简述了其开展社会化服务的必要性,随后从高校图书馆拥有丰富的馆藏资源、现代化的技术设备、高素质的人才队伍和充裕的文献购置经费等方面阐述其实现社会化服务的可行性;分析了思想观念落后、管理体制封闭以及缺乏宣传理念等问题,并针对这些问题提出解放思想、加强宣传、培育创新能力团队、开展用户信息素养教育与资源共享等措施来实现高校图书馆社会化服务。This paper expounds the necessity of the socialized service from university library＇s own needs and social needs, the feasibility of its implementation from the university library＇s abundant resources, modem technology and equipment, high-quality talented team and plenty of funds. The paper analyzes the problems of backward ideology, closed management system and lack of publicity concept. It puts forward some strategies to carry out the socialized service from university library such as freeing our minds, strengthening publicity, cultivating innovation team, carrying out the user information literacy education and implementing resources sharing.
