摘  要:为了缓解大学生就业难的压力,缩小学生与用人单位之间对就业问题中供需要求的差距,解决高校学生就业现状中存在的问题,提高学生的就业率,我们根据调研结果分析造成学生择业难、企业招聘难的因素,提出了前期趋同、后期分流培养的“3+1”人才培养模式,以培养学生的实践能力、创新能力和适应能力为重点,提高学生的动手能力,缩短企业与学生之间的需求差距,通过校企联合的“3+1”人才培养模式的创新与实践训练,实现了学生与企业的无障碍对接。学生就业和企业反馈结果说明“3+1”人才创新模式的探索符合高校学生就业目标及企业用人需求。In order to relieve the job pressure of undergraduate students, reduce the supply and demand gap between enterprises and students, as well as solve the job difficulties in university students and improve employment rate of students, the factors influencing students employment and enterprises recruitment has been analyzed by means of survey, based on which the three and one talent training mode with convergence study at first and then distributary training has been put forward. In the mode, the emphasis is placed on students' abilities of practice, innovation and adaptation so as to improve students' ability of operations and shorten the requirement difference between enterprises and students. With the innovation and practice training under the three and one talent training mode adopted by school, the enterprises and students got their suitable requirements. The students' employments and enterprise's feedback results imply that three and one talent innovation mode is in accordance with the university students job objectives and enterprises talent requirements.
