摘　　要：本文阐述了植物组织切片的三维计算机重建技术研究现状 。This paper described the study state of the development of 3D image reconstruction of biologic tissue slice, and analyzed its application in the plant body cell's embryogeny research, at last it proposed some suggestions on its future development.
