摘　　要：提供一个振动测量仪通过安装在与电机轴向正交的水平方向和垂直方向的两个振动传感器,测量由电机拖动的旋转设备在轴向的振动,具有现场实时显示和报警功能,并通过蓝牙模块与上位机通信,上位机具有数据显示、保存、回放等功能,该振动测量仪适用于复杂的安装环境。This article presents a vibration tester using microprocessor and two vibration sensors mounted horizontal and vertical respectively to the motor drive axis to measure the vibration of axially rotating motor drive. The device is capable of real-time measurement, field display and alarm functions. It communicates through the Bluetooth module with host computer, which provides synchronous data display and alarm, data storage and playback functions, suitable in the complex industrial production environment.
