摘　　要：结合某化工企业,剖析了化工企业现场管理现状、存在的问题与解决方法,以探索一条合适的6S管理实施方法,降低实施风险,提高建设成效,实现企业现场管理水平的大幅度提升。实践结果表明,化工企业实施6S管理,可以改善生产环境,提升生产效率,保证产品质量,预防安全事故,创建良好的企业文化和树立良好的企业形象。Analyzed the on-site management status, problems and solutions in chemical companies in order to explore a suitable 6S management implementation method, reduce implementation risk, improve construction effect, realize the greatly ascend of enterprise site management level in combination with a chemical enterprise. The practice results showed that the implementation of 6S management in chemical companies could ameliorate production environment, improve production efficiency, ensure product quality and prevent safety accident, create good corporate culture and set up good corporate image.
