CA125、TSGF及D-二聚体联合检测在卵巢癌诊断的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨人血清中糖蛋白(CAl25)、恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)及D-二聚体(DD)联合检测卵巢癌的价值。方法:分别采集卵巢癌患者80例、卵巢良性肿瘤患者80例、健康体检者80例的血清,采用ELISA方法检测CAl25及DD水平,采用生化比色法检测TSGF含量。结果:卵巢癌组患者血清中CAl25、TSGF、DD水平与良性肿瘤组及健康体检组差异具有显著性,且卵巢癌组患者血清中CAl25、TSGF、DD水平均高于其他两组(均P<0.05),良性肿瘤组及健康对照组差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),CAl25、TSGF、DD联合检测对卵巢癌的灵敏性、特异性及准确度分别为86.30%、90.79%、78.50%,均显著高于单项检测(均P<0.05)。结论:联合CAl25、TSGF。Objective To study the clinical significance of combined detection of the levels of CA1 25 ,TSGF and DD in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Method The level of CA1 25 and DD was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） and TSGF was de termined by biochemistry shade selection in 80 eases of ovarian cancer, 80 cases of ovarian benign tumor, 80 eases of healthy per sons. Results The concentration of CA125 ,TSGF and DD in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer group was higher than those in ovarian benign tumor group and the controls（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no statistical significance in the concentration of CA1 25,TSGF and DD between ovari an benign diseases group and the eontrols（ all P 〉 0. 05 ）. In combined assay of CAI 25, TSGF and DD, the sensitivity rate was86. 30 %, the specificity rate was 90. 79% ,and the accuracy rate was 78.50%. Combined analysis had much higher diagnostic sensitivity than the singleassay（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combined detection of CA125 ,TSGF and DD had signitcant cinical value in ovarian cancer.
