摘　　要：智力资本和动态能力对高科技企业的成长具有特殊的重要性,文章对智力资本、动态能力与企业绩效的关系进行了理论分析,指出企业冗余资源和环境动荡性的调节作用,并以联想集团为案例研究对象,采用质性研究方法对智力资本和动态能力提升企业绩效的过程进行了探索。我国高科技企业应该借鉴联想的成功经验,重视智力资本的积累和动态能力的培育,努力提升企业管理水平和竞争力。Intellectual capital and dynamic capability are of great importance to the growth of high-tech enterprises. The paper analyzes the relationship among intellectual capital, dynamic capability and enterprise performance, points out the moderating effects on slack resources and environmental dynamism, and takes Lenovo Group as a case study, employs qualitative research method to explore the effects of intellectual capital and dynamic capability on enterprise performance. Chinese high-tech enterprises should learn the successful experience from Lenovo and pay close attention to cultivate intellectual capital and dynamic capability in order to enhance the management level and competency.
