中国省域星级饭店发展的收敛及影响因素研究

摘　　要：文章以1996-2011年我国31个省(区、市)星级饭店的面板数据为基础,运用Theil指数和Gini系数对其省域差异进行测算,结果显示:省域间星级饭店发展水平存在差异,但呈现缩小趋势。采用计量模型对影响因素进行分析,结果显示:初始期星级饭店发展水平较低的省份具有较强的后发优势,发展速度较高,同时,旅游资源的较快开发加速了星级饭店水平的提升,缩小了与发达地区的差距,具有收敛效应,且居于主导地位;但较低的经济发展水平、旅游接待水平和服务业发展水平制约了星级饭店的发展,不具有收敛效应,居于从属地位。Based on panel data of 31 province-level star-rated hotels from the years of 1996 to 2011, this paper measures their differences by applying Theil Index and Gini Coefficient, and the results indicate that there is a disparity of star-rated hotel levels among different provinces, but it has been shrunk. Then it analyzes their influencing factors by using calculating model, and the results show that the provinces with low star-rated hotel level at initial stage have obviously strong late-mover advantages, and have a relatively fast development. Meanwhile, the rapid exploitation of tourism resourees aecelerates star-rated hotel upgrading. Both of them narrow the gap with the developed regions, have a eonvergenee effect and play a leading role. But the factors, such as, lower level of economic development, tourism reception and service industry, eonstrain the development of star-rated hotels, have no convergence effect and play a subordinate role.
